We are always trying to find ways to get plenty of vegitables in our diet. I eat lots of salads but there are times I am just burned out on them. I recently purchaed a bag of kale chips from my local grocery store. I really enjoyed them so I began looking up recipes for them. I have seen several recipies for Kale chips so I decided to put a new spin on them.
I plucked some fresh kale from my garden and washed and patted it dry. In a bowl I mixed two tablespoons sesame seed oil, one teaspoon garlic powder, two drops doTERRA lemon oil, one half teaspoon of chia seed, two teaspoons of parmesan cheese and a dash of garlic salt.
I coated the kale with the above mixture and put the leaves on a baking sheet in the oven set at 200 degrees. I baked them until they were crispy, about 30-45 minutes, depending on how thick the kale was.
Once they were cooled we ate them like there was no tomorrow! Let me know if you make this and how you liked it!
